HEALTH ANNOUNCEMENT 📌
🚫 If you are sick or showing any symptoms of illness, you MUST reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be safely moved to your new appointment date — no penalty, no problem. If you arrive to your appointment sick, I will cancel on the spot and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.
CASH ONLY : Final payments are cash only, if you need to pay electronically there will be an additional $10 processing fee to cover transaction costs.
FOREIGN FILLS:
Please note, I do not offer foreign fills or work over other techs’ work. This is to ensure the health of your natural nails and avoid any issues from mixing unknown products with mine. If you need a soak off this must be booked with your service, other wise I will not have time to add this on at your appointment as it will affect my next clients appointment time. Please understand if you do not book your soak off we will need to reschedule your appointment.
RESCHEDULING : If you are unable to make your appointment please communicate this with me as soon as possible. You are able to reschedule under the same deposit one time, before the 24 hour mark of your scheduled appt. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit.
NO CALL - NO SHOWS: If you no call no show your appointment you will be immediately blocked from booking any future appointments.
GRACE PERIOD: Please arrive to your appointment on time as I have limited grace time. I offer a 10 - minute grace period—after that, your appointment will be cancelled.
If you arrive late within that window, a $20 late fee will apply. This grace period is a courtesy and may not always be available on fully booked days, please be mindful I may not always be able to offer this.
Late arrivals can affect other clients, so please plan ahead and allow extra time for travel. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and others. 💖
LOCATION: As I work from home, I prioritize a safe and peaceful space for both myself and my clients. For this reason, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed—thank you for understanding!
You’ll receive a confirmation message the evening before your appointment with the address and parking instructions. Please follow those directions and message me when you arrive.
